Please note that Distance Dog sessions are not appropriate for every need, such as aggression. ========================================== BOARD & TRAIN Working with 4 Paws Community Center (www.4pawscc.com), a luxury pet boarding, day care and grooming resort in Bloomfield Hills, I now offer Board & Train out of their facility. Your dog stays at 4 Paws and I go to the facility to train your dog. Upon completion of your dog's learning, you and I will meet at the facility to show you how to continue your dog's education. Following are some sample packages for you to get an idea of Board & Train. These are only examples, and YOUR package will be CUSTOMIZED to you and your dog's specific needs, such as dates, length of stay and learning goals. Training sessions with you will also need to be factored in based on your dog's learning goals. I will first meet you and your dog in your home or we will meet over Skype if you are beyond the service radius; either way there is no-charge for this meeting. After that meeting I will design a training curriculum for your dog, then review it with you to ensure we are in agreement. From there I will present you with a detailed fee breakdown that includes both my fees, as well as the charges from 4 Paws. However, you will pay 4 Paws direct to save you any handling fees from me for their services, also allowing them to give you any of their package savings for day care. Please note that while I charge for only one hour of training with your dog, I will be spending anywhere from 60-90 minutes per session. When your dog is not in training, he or she will be having fun in day care or sleeping in luxury rooms. All policies of 4 Paws are applicable; you will be required to complete both the 4 Paws and The Pet Teacher applications. Please note that not all issues can be effectively resolved with an email consultation, and I'll be happy to let you know that before we start. While you're at work, at an appointment, or even while you're home but unavailable, I work with your dog for several days IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT and then meet with you to pass your dog's new skills to you! First, I have a phone chat with you to learn your needs. From there I design a customized curriculum for you to approve. Once we are in agreement with your needs, I will email you an invoice via PayPal. All Home Alone exercises require 5-session packages: 4 sessions for me to work with your dog, and 1 session for me to work with you. Each session consists of 30-45 minutes of practice with your dog with 15 minutes of play and potty time. I come to your home, take your dog outside for a mid-day potty break and spend play time with your pup. No training, just FUN FUN FUN! There is no charge for several dogs, only for my time! Day Breaks available only within a 5 mile radius of 48320. Payment is due before service, PayPal only please; I will email you an invoice. Please note that once my time has been booked, there are no refunds, however any monies left may be applied to future bookings or training services. 20 minute Day Break = $15.00 30 minute Day Break = $20.00 45 minute Day Break = $25.00 60 minute Day Break = $30.00 ========================================== OUT-OF-TOWN VISITS FOR YOUR DOG(S) If you're going away and need someone who understands dog behavior, as well as being a first-class pet sitter to visit your dogs while you're gone, this is the option you want! There is a minimum required schedule of three visits for adult dogs and a minimum required four visits for puppies (and, of course, you can always choose more visits). All you have to do is to pick the amount of time you'd like me to spend with your dog per visit. Potty/play breaks are normally 20-30 minutes; visits that include meals are recommended at 45-60 minutes. I don't charge extra for multiple dogs, just for the time spent. No matter what, each visit includes two potty breaks (when I arrive and again before I leave) and play with lots of loving and ear scritches. And, of course, a meal if that's the scheduled visit.
