SINGLE SESSIONS
The Pet Teacher's fees have been temporarily reduced! Normally $80/hour, the
discounted single-session fee has been reduced to $40/hour! For half the normal
fee (and half the store fee for private sessions), you get customized and experienced
in-home dog training and behavioral sessions. If more time is needed, sessions lasting
longer than the one hour will be charged at $10 for every 15 minute increment. CLICK

My fee covers any area within an 20 mile round-trip radius of 48320. If you're located
beyond that radius, there will be a mileage charge of .32/mile round trip starting AFTER
the normal mileage allowance. Mapquest will be used to determine the mileage from 1820
Inverness, Sylvan Lake 48320 to your location. This small fee will allow me to keep my
session fees affordable while helping to diffuse the rising cost of gas.

Customized email recaps of the session, written specifically for your dog and the
challenges you have at your home, are available for $20/session. Between sessions I'm
happy to support you via phone or email provided we are addressing only those exercises
we have worked on; phone consultations will be limited to 15 minutes each and emails
limited to one question only.

Some exercises will require a phone or email consultation from me in order to help prepare
you for the actual in-home session, such as working with a Gentle Leader, house training
issues, etc. This preparation is included in the standard fee, however we will need to
process your PayPal payment before we schedule this consultation. No exceptions, please.

Other questions may be addressed with a separate fee-based consultation.

PACKAGES
Talk to me about your goals and I can then combine a minimum 3+ hour package. There is a
one-hour minimum requirement for single sessions, while packages can be combined to find
time and, therefore, cost efficiencies, depending on the exercise and your goals. All
packages come with my Dog Sense document and a free clicker if we do clicker training.
Take a look at the list on the Sessions page, tell me your desired goals and I'll work that
into a package. Packaged sessions must be paid in full when scheduling the first session in
order to earn the time efficiencies. All packaged sessions must be scheduled 7-10 days
apart based on mutual calendar availability.

I will email you an invoice for the appropriate amount after we determine what will
achieve your goals. You can then follow the instructions with the email invoice to process
the payment. Payment is due within 24 hours of agreement or the package dates will be
cancelled without further notice.

PHONE/EMAIL CONSULTATIONS
PHONE CONSULTATIONS are $35/hour, requiring a non-refundable payment in order to
book the appointment; PayPal required. Ask as many questions as you like, but we'll hold
the phone consultation to a one hour maximum. Call me first to discuss your needs and
schedule a time for the actual phone consultation. When that is scheduled,
you can click on the link to PayPal to process your payment, which is due
immediately. I will then phone you at the designated day/time provided payment has been
received and processed. 48-hours is required between receiving payment and consultation.
No exceptions, please.

EMAIL CONSULTATIONS are a non-refundable flat fee of $25 for one question with up
to two responses from me. Please note that not all issues can be resolved with an email
consultation, and I'll be happy to let you know that before we start. First, email me your
question and after I've reviewed it I will email you to let you know to process your
payment. Click on the link to PayPal, and when that payment is processed I
will respond to your question 48 hours after payment has been received.
